Q. Where are you located and is there parking?
You can find us 123 St John's Hill, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 3PE. There is a car park at the back of the building which has paid for parking.

Q. What are your opening times?
We are open from 8am until 4pm 7 days per week.

Q. Do you have a specific menu?
No, we don’t! Our menu is whatever you would like it to be. The reason for this is because we aim to tailor your meals based on what you like. This could include your preferences with certain food, allergies, if you’re training for an event, medical requirements, dietary preferences. That’s why we don’t have menus as the difference between us and other meal prep companies is that you have to select from menu options but with us you don’t! If you are not fussy, just tell us your dislikes, allergies, , goals , macros and we will whip you up some delicious meals!
Q. I’m not sure what kind of food I want to request or what I should be eating to help me reach my goals?
If you don’t have any specific goals in relation to health or dietary but just want to eat a healthy balanced diet than that’s no problem at all – we can just provide you with a variety meals that are nutritious, will make you feel better and have more energy! However if you have specific goals such as weight loss, muscle gain, etc that you are working towards than our chef Pav is more than happy to arrange a short consultation meeting or phone call with you to discuss what your needs may be. The same for any likes, dislikes, preferences or allergies. Please add any of this information to your message when contacting us as it’s helpful!

Q. Do your meals come labelled with calorie and macro information?
If you are tracking your macros daily and what to know exactly what is going into your body, then please request for your meals to be labelled with calorie and macro information then your meals will come with stickers on the packaging containing everything you need to know!
Q. What dietary requirements do you cater for?
We cater for many different dietary requirements, including:

Q. Where do you deliver?
We deliver within an 7mile radius of St John's Hill, Sevenoaks. There is a £4.95 delivery charge.
Q. Can I collect my meals?
For sure! You can arrange a time with our chef Pav that suits you on when is best for you to come and collect your food. It will be cheaper for you if you do collect.
Q. How do I pay?
Payment can be made either via bank transfer (please email or message for bank details), cash on delivery/collection, card machine on collection only.
Q. What’s your hygiene rating?
Our hygiene rating is 5*!
Q. Are your meals microwave or oven ready and how do I heat them up ?
Yes, all of our meals are both oven and microwave ready. You must leave the film on the container, no need to pierce. Just simply pop into the ovenf or 15-20 minutes at 160 degrees, or pop into the microwave for approximately 3 minutes on full power.
Q. Do your meals keep and for how long?
We recommend you consume your meals within 2 days of receiving them so that they are as fresh as possible when you are eating them!

Q. Can I freeze my meals?
Yes you can freeze your meals (as soon as you get them). However we still recommend eating your meals fresh rather than freezing them as the fresher they are, the more they are bursting with nutrients and the better they taste!
Q. If I purchase a bulk package, how long do I have to use up my meals?
Your bulk package will expire 6 months from the date of purchase, so you will need to use your meals/ meal plans up by that time.
Q. Once I place an order how long will my meals take?
Depending on how large your order is, we prefer to take an order and then have the meals ready for you the next day (next day orders the cut off point is 2.30pm)​. We do not offer same day orders and delivery.

Q. Are your food containers recyclable?
Yes! All of our containers are recyclable.

Q. Do you offer catering services?
Yes we do! No matter how big or small - whether it’s for a fitness event, party, gathering or wedding. Get in touch with us to discuss your catering needs so that we can provide you with a quote. ​

Q. Are you subscription based?
No we are currently not at this moment in time! No subscriptions, just order with us the amount of meals or meal plans that you need.
Q. Do you offer discounts if I order lots of meals or meal plans?
Our meals and meal plans reduce in price the more you order. If you order more than 5 meals or meal plans with us in one go, it starts to get cheaper! This is why ordering one of our bulk packages works out best in terms of cost. However we sometimes offer the odd extra discount code on top, be sure to follow our Instagram or Facebook pages for our latest offers.
